Job Title: Adjunct Faculty – Civil & Construction Engineering, CFM 426, Real Estate Principles and Development Job Classification: Adjunct Faculty – Teaching Posting close date: March 12, 2024 Start date of this position: September 4, 2024 Required Degree: MS Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business or related field The required degree must be completed by the start date. Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate Duties/Expectations: Teach CFM 426, Real Estate Principles and Development
Class description: The iterative processes of real estate development, including market analysis, coordination with local governments, designing development concepts, estimating and financial forecasting, identifying and engaging stakeholders, sequencing the timing of development activities to create project schedules, considering sales/marketing within the process, and communicating development plans and proposals (written and oral) to various audiences.
