Richard Bland College (RBC) is a two-year, residential, liberal arts transfer institution that focuses on preparing students for transfer to highly ranked colleges and universities. The College is a hidden gem located outside the Tri-Cities region-and its rural setting featuring 750+ acres of wetlands, bucolic forest, and the state’s oldest and largest pecan grove.
Richard Bland College is accepting applications for its adjunct faculty pool in Government. This pool provides a source of qualified instructors for potential teaching assignments as needed. Adjunct faculty may teach a range of Government courses, support interdisciplinary collaboration, advise students, and contribute to departmental initiatives under the direction of the Social & Behavioral Sciences Department Chair.
Applications will remain active for up to 2 years and will be reviewed as instructional needs arise.
