Windle was founded with the belief that good education was essential if Africa was to meet the challenges it faced. Windle International Somalia implements Education, Training and Integrated programme including WASH, Climate Adaptation and Peace Building

WISOM is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Admin and Finance Intern
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Admin and Finance Intern is responsible for provision of support services and more particular on accounting and administrative duties. The position will provide assistant on finance, procurement, and Human resource. The key responsibilities include:
- Help Finance team on financial systems and procedure as per the policies and procedures.
- Ensure the financial and other supports documents are property archived as per the expenditure.
- Keep a track record of organization assets, ensure the assets are recorded and stored properly in all the offices.
- Supports the finance officer on financial records and the general ledger and budget tracking.
- Support the finance officer in preparing payment vouchers and assist in preparation of financial reports.
- Support the Human resources officer on staff appraisal, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support the Procurement Units on local assessment (s) and provide reports.
- Safe custody of all financial data
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance option) or Bachelor of Business Administration from a recognized university or Diploma in Finance /Accounting.
- One year’ financial experience/Administrative.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP -SAP account software system
- Good interpersonal skills
- High levels of integrity, patience, cross cultural sensitivity, and adaptability
- Strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
