This role is integral to the department, offering administrative and billing support. Responsibilities include using internal billing software for claim adjudication, resolving payment-related claim issues, and aiding in assistance to remote case managers. Additional duties encompass mail distribution, scanning and faxing documents to field case managers, handling phone calls, aiding in the onboarding and orientation of case managers, and coordinating meetings and special events. Ordering and tracking supplies for the department and case managers, along with tracking calendars, zoom meeting invites and appointments.
Duties:
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree.
