- Salary: $66,025 – $72,038 plus superannuation and salary package

About the role
The Administration and Records Officer provides administrative support to Link-Up and Statewide program staff. The role is essential in attending to reception, administration, and support functions including front office support that will involve engagement with clients, applicants to the program as well as applicants to Stolen Generations Reparations schemes and community.
About You
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose
- Good understanding in working with Aboriginal families and children
- Ability to communicate in a clear, culturally appropriate and respectful way with a range of stakeholders including staff, Government and agency partners and clients
- Good written and computer use ability, including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good organisational skills including time management and the ability to work as an effective team member
- Capacity to work independently and to meet deadlines set
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Requirements: Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
