About the role
The Administration Officer is responsible for the reception area and is the first point of contact for resident, family, staff or guest enquiries; as well as performing a range of administrative support functions including filing and data entry.
What do you need for the role?
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in a residential aged care environment.
- Great attention to detail, communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of office administration including proficiency in the use of Office suite products.
- Ability to work well within a team.
