Centacare Moreton Bay is seeking a full time Administration Officer on a six month fixed term contract to join the team. The position is based in our Caboolture office and will support our Transport Team.
The role includes:
- Client reviews with our Aged care, Disability and Transport clients;
- Transporting clients as required in Centacare vehicles;
- Organising clients bookings and assisting scheduler;
- Updating databases
- Answer and action incoming telephone calls;
- Clerical and administrative support ensuring 100% accuracy;
- Ensure the region is meeting WHS obligations and legislation.

What we need from you
- Certificate III in Business Administration OR experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge and experience working in Microsoft applications and ability to adapt to new systems;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a small team environment under minimal supervision;
- Ability to manage own work, time and commitments;
- Ability to extract and report on data;
- High level organisation skills;
- A current Qld driver’s licence;
- Criminal History Screening checks (Blue card, NDIS Workers Clearance Screening Card and Police Check).
