About Berry Street
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide reception support and assist with general administrative tasks as required as a member of the Hume Administration Team which has key offices in Shepparton and Seymour.
Your Opportunity
This role is the primary contact for the client and external stakeholder enquiries, internal employee enquires and providing administrative support to staff and programs in the Hume Region, which has multiple programs and locations. A sensitive non-judgmental approach and the ability to be aware of the needs of clients, staff and other people is imperative for this role.
Your Skills and Experience
Our preferred applicant will have experience in administration, however those without direct admin experience but can display transferrable skills will still be considered. Full training will be provided.
You will be a fast learner with strong organisational skills, solid accuracy and high attention to detail skills, along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
