This is a casual (25 hours per week – negotiable), opportunity where you will be based in Wardell & Goonellabah NSW.
Rate: $40.87 per hour
About the opportunity
We are currently seeking a supportive and adaptable Administration Officer to support our Recovery Support Program.
As part of the current administration team, you will provide generalist administrative support to the office. The primary function of this role will be to provide admin support to the Wardell Community Village team. You will be providing a lot of financial administration support to the team so will need to have strong financial skills.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, facilitate and evaluate project goals and desired outcomes.
- Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard.
- Proven computer skills including word processing, accessing emails and internet and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business as required.
- Ability to manage competing goals and to deliver outcomes under minimal supervision.
- Accounts receivable/payable experience an advantage
- Experience with travel bookings, event, meeting, and appointment management.
