Capitol Region Watershed District (CRWD) seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform entry-level administrative and operational duties to support the implementation of the District’s programs and projects. The Administrative Assistant has several main areas of responsibility including providing support for the District’s Board of Managers, assisting with building operations and maintenance, conducting front desk duties, coordinating recruitment and hiring process for new employees, and other administrative and operations duties as needed.

A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, and relevant work experience, especially in building operations and technology, is desired. Anticipated starting salary ranges from $48,681 – $54,798. Other benefits include 12 paid holidays, considerable paid time off, and health, dental, retirement, and other insurance benefits.
