The World Organisation Against Torture representation in Brussels is seeking to reinforce the overall management of its office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the OMCT Europe’s operations team and staff in administrative and logistical matters including: relationship and interactions with service providers and the landlord; purchase and management of equipment services and office supplies; handling of physical and electronic post; logistical support for visits and missions to Brussels, management of the inventory of the Brussels Office.
- Provide support and assistance to the OMCT Europe accountant including with regards to the verification and entry to the OMCT financial software of payments by bank transfer and verification of office expenditures made by other means.
- Support the further development and implementation of internal processes and policies with regards to administration management in the Brussels office.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as administration assistant (ideally in an NGO or small to medium-sized company).
- Either relevant professional education and/or relevant experience in managing administrative tasks quite independently.
- Good language skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
