From benchtop research to international programs, the Department of Surgery provides exceptional patient care, delivers outstanding undergraduate and graduate education, and furthers the field of surgery through innovative basic science and clinical research.
The Division of General Surgery is seeking an Administrative Associate to provide administrative and operational support with limited supervision to the Section Chief of Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery and other faculty members, and act as the fellowship coordinator for the HPB fellowship program. This is a busy position, which requires accuracy, organization, initiative, flexibility, and independence. The ideal candidate will be expected to work independently and exhibit excellent time management skills, communications skills, the ability to set priorities and a passion for working with people.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

WORK STANDARDS:
The expected pay range for this position is $33.17 to $43.75 per hour.
