Position Overview This position is responsible for providing the Integrity Officer and department with executive, administrative, and analytical support. Coordinates activities and acts as university-wide liaison. Identifies issues or problems and researches solutions within specific management areas. Handles issues that are sensitive and confidential. Identifies and recommends improvements for administrative procedures, as necessary assignments vary from routine to complex in nature and require some latitude and problem solving and interpretation of departmental and university guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and three years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Exceptional customer service skills.
• Advanced written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of accounting/budgeting procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others.
• Ability to keep complex records, to assemble and organize data of complex nature, and to prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats.
• Ability to conceptualize, plan and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively.
• Ability to work on complex and confidential tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness.
• Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships.
• Knowledge of policies, practices, procedures and terminology of assigned function.

Job Duties

o Provides direct support to the Integrity Officer.
Assist with calendar management for VP and Chief Integrity Officer as well as the Integrity Officer.
Provides support to the office/area while being a resource to assist with the resolution of various administrative matters.
Supports various programs in the department by completing projects as assigned by the Integrity Officer.
Directly responsible for travel, purchasing, time, and labor for assigned department(s
o Responsible for oversight of a budget (including reporting and forecasting) purchasing, travel, and may include website maintenance and
property control functions
Composes a variety of materials including correspondence, reports, forms, and meeting notes,
Assists with data collection and analysis and preparing materials for meetings and conferences and assisting with the completion of reports
o Handles a variety of logistics including room scheduling, special events, and timely delivery of materials to stakeholders.
Inventory Coordinator – Manages the records for assets within the University Integrity & Compliance unit.
Orders and receives supplies and manages departmental inventory.
o Records Management Representative – Coordinates the proper management of unit records, including keeping to the unit’s records management plan and final disposition.
o Assist with the entry of data and coordination of the university reporting mechanism.
Supports various programs in the department by completing projects as assigned by the Integrity Officer
o Manages the division website.
