More concretely, what will you do day-to-day?
As our Administrative & Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the backbone of Agilytic’s operations. You’ll support our growth by keeping our finances in check, our processes efficient, and our internal operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with the leadership team, colleagues, and external partners to:
Manage day-to-day financial operations: invoicing (in and out), expense tracking, cash flow follow-up, vendor payments, accounts reconciliation;
Liaise with our external accounting and payroll providers for monthly closings and regulatory compliance;
Contribute to management accounting and contribute to financial reporting and planning;
Manage bid documentation and ensure efficient document flow for requests for proposals to meet submission deadlines;
