The College of Engineering, Science and Environment at Callaghan Campus is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to provide exceptional support to our esteemed staff, students, and external stakeholders. In this role you will:
- Provide top-tier administrative support for various functions including part-time teaching contracts, assessment and exam processes, course outlines, enrolments, timetable management and travel bookings
- Act as a central point of contact, managing phone calls and emails from staff, students, and external stakeholders. Your assistance will be instrumental in addressing queries related to timetables, enrolments, travel and general school inquiries.
- Assist in the accurate planning, monitoring, and tracking of part-time teaching expenditure.
This continuing position is full time, at a HEW 5 Higher Education Level and can be based at either Callaghan or Ourimbah Campus (Awabakal Worimi and Darkinjung land)
