Physical Requirements | The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs. |
Shift | Monday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hrs/wk). |
Job Summary | The Division of CT Surgery is seeking a candidate to provide administrative support for the department. This position works directly with the Chief of the Division and additional surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers. The administrative assistant will be the primary contact for all entities – both inside and outside UK Healthcare. The successful candidate must have good interpersonal skills, knowledge of university and KMSF guidelines and be very attentive to detail. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); Strong Communication skills; Detail-Oriented; Organizational skills. |
