Primary Purpose of Position | This position provides general administrative faculty support in the School of Nursing. This position has a variety of clerical, reporting, and administrative assignments and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and computer competency. |
Minimum Education/Experience | Required Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. University Preferred Qualifications: Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and three years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience. |
Essential Job Duties | In collaboration with School Of Nursing leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and expeditiously creating graduate and undergraduate course schedules, securing classrooms, processing all paperwork for full-time and part-time hires, participating in onboarding new faculty, purchasing, processing faculty travel, assigning advisors, participating in and providing coordination and support for student events, and serving as the primary contact for accessing community space in the simulation lab. |
Other Work Responsibilities | Must complete PAC training within the first two years of employment. Other duties as assigned. |
