Location: Swindon (Hybrid working)Closing Date: 10th May 2024The opportunityAs a result of the exciting growth within Zurich Corporate Risk (ZCR), we have multiple opportunities for Administrators to join us! We have roles available in our Accounts, New Business, Financial Controls and Medical Underwriting teams.Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.Who are we looking for?We aren’t fussed if you’ve worked in a like for like role before, but ideally you will have some of the following:

• Previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
• Confident speaking on the phone, with excellent customer service skills
• Passionate about customers and driving through continuous improvement
• Experience within financial services would be preferable but not essential
• Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR
