Admissions Operations Officer (2 Posts)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Admissions Team in the newly created role of Admissions Operations Officer. Between them, the two posts will have line management responsibility for the admissions support team. 

You will play a key role in the ongoing development and oversight of the enquirer and applicant experience. From initial enquiry through to confirmation of a final decision, you will ensure that each aspect of the applicant journey is supported by a dedicated professional team.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is also an effective team member, with strong organisation and communication skills to ensure provision of excellent administrative and customer service support, managing the accurate and timely completion of a range of routine administration tasks to meet operational and customer service requirements. 

You should have experience of administrative processes in a busy office or customer service environment, preferably within the student recruitment and admissions context. You will have excellent IT and communication skills as well as strong organisational skills; demonstrating an ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.  

We have two posts available which will be focused on undergraduate and postgraduate admissions respectively, these new indefinite posts are available to a combined FTE of 1.5 across both posts.
