About the program
SECADA is the SouthEast Consortium of Alcohol and Drug Agencies, which comprises of five main organisations (Monash Health, Odyssey House, Taskforce, Windana and YSAS), and is led by Windana. The consortium provides intake and assessment, counselling, care and recovery and non-residential withdrawal services along with other AOD funded programs.
Reporting to the Head of Adult Community Services, the SECADA Manager will lead our multidisciplinary team and be responsible for service development and delivery, including intake and assessment, and the management of a case load themselves while developing deep relationships with our key stakeholders.

Windana has recently launched an exciting new senior structure which will see the appointment of a SECADA Manager reporting directly to the Head of Adult Community Services. The role will oversee our Adult Services function within the consortium that is SECADA.
With significant experience overseeing programs that support vulnerable people with complex needs, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Senior Clinicians and Counsellors, and with a strategic and client-centric focus, you will ensure evidence-based programs and services are delivered effectively and goals are met.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in management and leadership roles, with the ability to deliver high performing outcome focused programs. Some of the responsibilities of the role are to
- Oversee operational execution of actions plans, achieving program-level targets.
- Build strong relationships with consortium agencies.
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team consisted of a Senior AOD Clinician, AOD practitioners, case managers and non-residential withdrawal clinical members.
- Oversee allocation of resources and budgets across the team or specialised area.
- Cross – collaborate at an organisational level or key stakeholder in shaping best practices, that are evidence-based, trauma-informed and related to client care.
