Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Mental Health
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £30 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker for its client’s Mental Health team based in Sheffield.What will your responsibilities be?

• Undertaking social care assessments and delivering timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge
• Some mental capacity assessments, BI decisions and safeguarding as required
• Understanding of Section 117, Attending 117 meetings, ward rounds, professional meetings
• Participation in duty rota

Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must have,

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
