About This Opportunity
The Advisor, Employee Benefits plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience by providing expert guidance on benefits programs and superannuation activities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing comprehensive information and assistance on the employee benefits and superannuation matters offered at UQ.
Key responsibilities will include:

Process accurate contribution data files and payments to various superannuation funds while managing UniSuper’s performance criteria.

Reconcile superannuation and salary packaging accounts in the general ledger and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data are correctly allocated to accounts.

Review client feedback to assess the quality and effectiveness of the service and recommend improvements to enhance customer service levels.
About You
-
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with knowledge of superannuation and taxation implications of employee benefits.

Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions to complex issues.

Strong organisational skills with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
The successful candidate may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
