Role: Relief Chef de PartieLocation: Dorking, SurreySalary / Rate of pay: up to £18.00 per hourPlatinum Recruitment are supporting a busy hotel in the Dorking area of Surrey, and we have an opportunity for a Relief Chef de Partie to help them on a temporary basis, starting immediately.What’s in it for you?

Popular with both business and leisure guests alike, the hotel has a range of facilities including C&B and wedding capability for up to 250 covers, a leisure club, and a modern British restaurant serving sumptuous dishes, using fresh ingredients.Please note, there is no accommodation on this assignment, therefore, you must be able to commute to the Dorking area daily in order to be considered for this assignment.Straight shifts can be offered by our client, as well as free on-site parking as while there is a bus stop just a 15-minute walk from the hotel which is serviced regularly during daytime hours, unfortunately, the buses do not run in the evening so this assignment would be best suited to someone with their own transport to ensure they can get home.What’s involved?As an experienced Relief Chef de Partie, you will work as part of the kitchen team to prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients on an ongoing basis. You will have the ability to work in all sections of the kitchen and be flexible to work any day of the week, including evenings and weekends.You must be able to work under pressure as often a lot is happening simultaneously, so people should be able to multi-task without compromising on standards and must have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.Please note, there is no accommodation on this assignment, therefore, you must be able to commute to the Dorking area daily in order to be considered for this assignment.Sound like the role for you?Then we would love to hear from you!
