Agile QA Lead responsibilities:

• Assure and enhance the quality of ITAM products and solutions
• Own all aspects of QA
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and the development teams
• Become the primary contact for everything quality and QA
• Maintain and develop QA measures and testing standards
• Mentor and develop team members
• Execute automated, manual and performance tests
• Assist with triaging customer issues
