Due to internal growth, we are seeking an Agreement & Resource Administrator to support participants and staff of the Direct Funding (DF) Program, a unique provincial program which enables eligible participants to employ and schedule attendants of their choosing, with the support of government funds (www.dfontario.ca). CILT administers the funds under guidelines established by the provincial Ministry of Health.
Reporting to the Communications & Resource Manager, your role will include:
1. Agreement Renewals
2. Statistics
3. Communications
4. Special Projects
5. Administrative and DF Team duties including but not limited to:

35 hours per week
Hiring range: $52-58K, commensurate with experience
Group benefits after 3 months
Hybrid work from CILT’s office – approximately once a week or semi-monthly – and from home
