• Provide expert legal advice to clients within the agricultural sector.
• Handle a varied caseload covering all aspects of agricultural law, including land transactions, agricultural tenancies, and rural estate management.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth within the firm.

Criteria:

• Extensive experience practicing agricultural law within a reputable firm.
• Demonstrable expertise in land transactions, agricultural tenancies, and rural estate management.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high standards of work.
• Proven leadership abilities with a desire to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
