AI Implementation Specialist

Position description

The White Helmets organization is seeking to leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. We are looking for a skilled AI Implementation Specialist to lead this transformative initiative.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

• Duty station: Turkey – Gaziantep / Online
• Line manager: Health Program Coordinator
• Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Assessment:
   • Perform comprehensive AI assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses within the organization.
2. Proposal Writing:
   • Utilize AI tools to streamline the process of writing new proposals, leveraging historical data and previous proposals.
3. Narrative Report Extraction:
   • Implement AI solutions to organize and search vast amounts of data efficiently, enabling quick and precise extraction of required information.
4. Interactive Reports:
   • Develop AI-assisted interactive reports, providing regular data updates to facilitate the information management team’s reporting processes.
5. Intelligent Chatbot Development:
   • Create and deploy an intelligent chatbot to respond to inquiries related to SCD/WH data, significantly reducing the time needed to retrieve required information.

Note: the above-mentioned responsibilities are illustrative ones. Another future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart or title.

Expected Deliverables:

AI Assessment Report:

• Provide a detailed report highlighting gap analysis, potential opportunities, and AI recommendations.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

A. Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Proved experience in using AI tools such as ( trainings , consultancy , work experience and tools developing)
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI in other organizations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required

B. Desirable:

• Preferred to have a master’s degree in AI, computer science or a related field.
