What you’ll do

AI Solution Leads are a key role in what we as Radix stand for. Their mission is to help our clients through their AI journey and to continuously provide added value with Artificial Intelligence to their organization and people by being a client advocate, speaking the sector language, and functionally analyzing what business cases can be done with AI for our clients.

The Solution Leads are an amazing team of talented and passionate consultants who support the projects Radix delivers from A to Z.

This means that:

• During presales, we set the foundation of a project by interacting with the client to fully understand their needs and their business context, identifying potential solutions, building business cases and writing out the proposal;
• Once the project is started, we gather and manage a vibrant team of professionals, take up the stakeholder and project management (from business owner until end-user), and are responsible for a strong alignment with the client to guide the solution toward real impact and measurable success;
• After delivery of the solution, we, Solution Leads, maintain the client relationship to spot new opportunities or extensions to the current solution.

Job requirements

Who we look for:

We are looking for a passionate Solution Lead with a strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence. As a trustworthy and open-minded business advisor, you are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. You understand the client’s business needs and guide them towards AI use cases that bring a positive impact to the world. You take ownership in creating convincing proposals that provide a concise solution, meeting the customer’s needs with clearly defined project scope, roles, desired impact, and potential risks. When the project has started, you make sure everything runs in a clear and structured way to deliver on time, within the predefined budget, and with a maximal business impact for the client. You organize regular project updates & alignments with the team and various stakeholders.

Next to that, you have:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Computer programming, or similar;
• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT company as product manager, presales, technology consulting or similar;
• Professional working experience in leading data science projects or as a product owner is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills to match use cases to customers’ needs;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French;
• Effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills;
• A high-level understanding of machine learning and how it is applied to create impact for our customers;
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
