Reckitt is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to empower our marketing strategy.You’ll be the expert carving paths through data to unlock insights that shape media and digital campaigns. Become part of a team where your expertise contributes directly to our digital narrative.Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you’ll:

  • Drive sales by mastering the lower funnel levers: Key word strategy in defensive and conquering territories, audience retargeting, eventing communication strategies. Data (and ROAS) driven decision making.
  • Define and execute ecommerce media plans to optimize and increase UV level in platforms to ensure incrementality.
  • Partner with media and marketing team to ensure one consistent path to purchase.
  • Budget ownership of ecommerce BEI: defines objectives, savings and the best combination to increase NR level and maximise ROAS
  • Driving tool adoption and testing -related to performance marketing analysis and content management systems (eStore Media, Digital Shelf, Salsify; Citrus; Criteo)
  • Analysing owned digital activity and identify media, brand and retailer matrixes to maximise ROL.

The experience we’re looking for

  • A strategic mind-set; grounded in analytics and optimization, who can clearly, simply and convincingly articulate the role eCommerce plays in the marketing landscape
  • Natural curiosity; always looking for the next big-thing or to find better/ quicker ways to reach your goals.
  • Commercial acumen; driven and energised to constantly rise to the challenge
  • Hands on search engine marketing experience (PPC & SEO).
  • Hands on CMS and Asset Management experience (Salsify, Brandbank, Veeva)
  • Proven examples of driving platform adoption or system change within previous organisations
  • FMCG and people management experience is preferred
