We are responsible for enabling the global servicing network process to be the most efficient and effective by establishing our best-in-class MIS and analytics function. The MIS and analytics in scope covers a dynamic and fast paced global credit environment including traditional credit products and new products introducing to the marketplace.How will you make an impact in this role?The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual with deep technical skills to support tableau dashboard development, reporting packages, and provide insights by leveraging analytical techniques to explain business performance. The candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for using data to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize and organize complex information to provide business insights and perform analytics to understand performance trends.
• Develop and publish periodic reports to support business objectives.
• Link analytics and insights to ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Apply various data analysis tools and techniques to identify opportunities for operational & MI enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications3+ years with relevant experience in Quantitative Business Analysis/Data ScienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a quantitative field.Proficiency in Hive/SQL is essential with good experience handling large datasets.Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools especially Tableau.Strong time management skills and a proven ability to consistently deliver on preset timelines.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
