As the Alice Springs Anthropology Manager you will be the regional manager responsible for the management and coordination of the anthropology and related research work, special projects and operational outcomes of the anthropology research team in accordance with the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act.
There will be professional development and training opportunities for you to grow your skills and provide a professional pathway while supporting a research team of anthropologists to undertake complex applied anthropology on country with custodian groups of the region. You will manage the research performance and the research outcome to ensure the quality control and compliance with the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act and assist in development of research policy and method.
You will have the level of independence to deliver outcomes, provide support and professional development to your team and lead the regional office.
