This Terms of Reference aims to contract a specialized consultancy to support the teams of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change in the development of the Payment for Environmental Services (PSA – Pagamento por Serviços Ambientais) Program for sociobiodiversity products.
To achieve this objective, the consultancy shall provide technical support to structure the normative and institutional framework of the operational and financial governance of the federal Sociobiodiversity PSA program.
