About The Role

  
We are seeking an Applicant Services Officer who will be responsible for managing applications and for providing admissions advice and guidance to applicants, academic staff and other stakeholders. You will be expected to ensure that you effectively support the needs of applicants, staff and other stakeholders. You will also work closely with academic colleagues and EU and International Agents. 
This post offers a great opportunity if you have excellent customer service skills, extensive administrative experience and excellent IT skills.  This is an interesting and varied role working within a fun and hardworking team. 
About You
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, able to work proactively as part of a team as well as independently, with a proven record of building and sustaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
 
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience: 

  • Extensive recent administrative experience
  • Experience of complying with policies, procedures and timescales
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing. 

This is a part-time, 17.5 hours per week role, working 3.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, ideally within the core hours of between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm, however we can be flexible within these parameters.
