The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an unlimited contract duration. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. Home Office/Remote work is an option in coordination with your Teamlead.

Digitalization is changing everything. Our information and communication behavior, our way of working and living. In order to remain relevant in the digital world, Welthungerhilfe is also actively working on questioning its existing business processes, thought patterns and actions. To respond proactively to these changes, we need additional expertise for the operation and further development of our CRM applications. With our digital applications, we are pursuing the goal of making Welthungerhilfe even more efficient and future-oriented, and we are establishing numerous digital solutions in Germany and abroad. Together with the other team members, you will make an important contribution to the sustainable and future-oriented development of Welthungerhilfe.

Your responsibilities

• You will assist your colleagues with basic queries, issues and problems and take on more complex 2nd level support tasks that require all your expertise to analyze and solve

• As a product expert, you will work on optimizing business processes, identifying requirements, and prioritizing features on the Salesforce platform

• You will coordinate the change, release, and test management for the CRM applications to meet constantly changing requirements

• You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with existing SAP modules and other marketing automation applications

• You will support user management in maintaining user roles and profiles, security, and access settings

• You will support our external service providers and consultants and take over their technical coordination

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a master’s or diploma degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable education

• Ideally, you already have experience in the administration of Salesforce and the development of user-defined objects, workflows, validation rules and triggers in Salesforce (SFDC). You are also enthusiastic about working with other technical solutions from leading technology partners such as Dymatrix

• You are customer-focused with the ability to understand customer needs

• You enjoy working with very different people and teams. Resistance to change does not rattle you

• You are able to familiarize yourself spontaneously and flexibly with new topics and situations and demonstrate a strong independent working style

• You look forward to contributing to our motivated team with your expertise, energy, and humor

• We expect you to be proficient in the use of Office 365

• You fluently speak and write English – our team is international, and our working language is (mostly) English while German language skills are a plus
