About the job:
Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
Making sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time
