This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fit-Out Main Contractor and work alongside a seasoned Commercial Manager to gain valuable hands-on experience.Due to a growing pipeline of projects, the company is seeking a motivated Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to support their team. They are committed to nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to help you grow into the role.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Commercial Manager on a variety of fit-out projects.Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for ongoing projects.Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations.Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure project efficiency.Help to manage project budgets and contribute to financial decision-making.Assist with post-contract activities such as valuations and final account preparation.About You:Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and organisational abilities.A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop professionally.Team playerThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values career development and is willing to invest in your training and growth.
