Apprentice Quantity Surveyor | Consultancy | Bristol | £20,000An established and highly respected construction consultancy is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in their career to gain hands-on experience while working towards a professional qualification within a supportive and structured environment.The Role
As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist senior team members in delivering cost management services across a range of exciting projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, education and infrastructure. You will be supported through your studies and gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract stages of projects.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and contract administrationAssisting with project budgeting and cost controlAttending client and site meetings with senior colleaguesHelping with the preparation of valuations and final accountsGaining experience with standard forms of contract such as JCT and NECAbout YouA genuine interest in construction and the built environmentStrong numerical and communication skillsProactive, organised and eager to learnIdeally working towards or planning to undertake a Quantity Surveying-related qualification (e.g. HNC/HND or a Degree Apprenticeship)
