Job Summary:
The Arabic Language Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and quality of all Arabic content produced by the organization. This includes reviewing reports, designs, press releases, and other documents for language correctness, style consistency, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
Major Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough linguistic audits of all Arabic content, including but not limited to reports, articles, and press releases.
– Collaborate with editors to enhance the quality of the content and ensure adherence to linguistic standards.
– Develop and update language guidelines and style manuals to maintain consistency across all publications.
– Assist in translating and localizing content from English to Arabic when required.
Job Requirements:
– Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
– Work Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in language editing, proofreading, or a related field.
– Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
– Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for content management, ability to work in a multicultural environment, and a commitment to the organization’s goals.
Work Environment:
This position may be based in an office or operate remotely, with occasional travel for team meetings and workshops.
