Architectural Technician, Truro, £30k – £45k DOEIf you would like to know more information about this opportunity, please contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment ASAP!Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with a passion for heritage and design?A well-established consultancy in Cornwall is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a broad range of projects, from heritage restorations to modern commercial and bespoke residential schemes. You’ll work across all RIBA stages in a flexible, collaborative environment where development and progression are genuinely supported.Responsibilities:

– Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications -[
– Develop and refine construction packages for planning and tender -[
– Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards -[
– Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers -[
– Support project delivery through to construction on site -[
– Assist with surveys and existing building assessments -[
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:

– Proven UK experience in practice, ideally across heritage, residential, and commercial projects -[
– A solid understanding of UK building regulations and detailing -[
– Proficiency in Revit preferred, will consider AutoCAD users -[
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Expected salary
£30000 – 45000 per year
