Architectural Technologist – London | £40,000 -£50,000This isn’t the biggest architecture practice in the world, but it is a place where people truly build their careers. I’ll give you a couple of examples…The architecture industry can have a reputation for high churn. People coming and going because they are overworked and underappreciated. But here, in a 50-person business, the median tenure is over 10 years! Architects join, progress, and stay.Another fine example is the Partner heading up the London studio. They joined as an Architectural Assistant only 12 years ago and have progressed through the business to this leadership role. And this isn’t a unique example of the long-term progression available!So, what about the Architectural Technologist role?We’re looking for someone with experience working on office refurbishment projects and using Revit. You’ll be working with Revit to deliver technical drawing packages for a varied portfolio in the office and mixed-use sector—lots of city-centre developments with challenging design constraints.You’ll be working with a collaborative team of international culture and architecture professionals from different backgrounds and experiences.Here’s a quick overview of the responsibilities;

• Working on RIBA stages 3-5 developing planning applications and design proposals through to technician drawing packs and tenders.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and external consultants.
• Develop your Revit skills by working with the software daily.
• Work closely with a collaborative team and contribute to the cohesive culture.
