The Iraqi Ashour Relief and Development Foundation (ARD) invites your company to participate in a competitive tender process for the provision of a car with driver service in the Nineveh and Salah Aldin Governorates, as part of our humanitarian projects in Iraq. ARD has received donations from various donors to support its operations in Iraq, and intends to enter into a contract for a period of 15 months, with the possibility of extension, to facilitate these efforts. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing a driver and a vehicle in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Annex B) and ARD QR (Annex C). Tender Details: 1. The evaluation process includes administrative, technical, and financial evaluations, details of which are outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
