  • Interventional Radiology
  • Palliative Care
  • Thoracic Surgery
  • Respiratory / Pulmonary Specialists
  • Cardiologists
  • Clinical Nurse Specialists
  • Oncologists
  • Vascular Access Specialists
  • District Nurses.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer goals & drivers to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proactively developing and implementing territory plans for sustainable, long term sales success.
  • Review and alter this plan in line with BDI strategy & direction.
  • Account management
  • Effective delivery of BDI Value Add Programmes (training & education).
  • Conduct and manage product evaluation / trials and in-service process as part of account conversion.
  • Work effectively with the National Sales Manager, IO team colleagues, Customer Services & Marketing to maximise business potential.
  • Achieves standards, expectations and performance as agreed with the NSM.

About you

  • The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Highly motivated and action orientated and be comfortable taking the initiative
  • Comfortable working individually as well as part of a team and will demonstrate strong PC-literacy
  • Previous experience in NHS healthcare sales or come from a technical sales background with the desire to break into healthcare sales.
  • For candidates with previous healthcare experience previous theatre experience would be advantageous.
