- Salary between 93K to 99K plus 11% super and salary packaging
- Hybrid working model with work sites across metro Melbourne

About the Position:
As the Area Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, playing a crucial role in implementing and managing support programs aligned with Annecto’s Purpose, Principles, and Practice Framework.
Your focus will be on driving operational efficiencies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, strong leadership skills and maximising community inclusion and personal autonomy for service users.

What We Are Looking for:
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar capacity with an Aged Care or NDIS provider.
- Business diploma/degree and/or social sector qualifications are desirable.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of NDIS and Aged Care funding models, service delivery frameworks, and consumer-directed care principles.
- Proficient in IT applications and systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
