Invitation to bid for Procurement of a Build Contractor to rehabilitate of the well and the addition of a solar power system to operate the well in Abdullah Jabara School, Al-Alam District and Yaqoot Al Hamawi School, Al-Dour District, Salah ad Din, Procurement Reference No.: ASB-ZZZ2304/Works/2024/06
Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) has allocated funds from their donor partners to be used for the Procurement of a Build Contractor to rehabilitate of the well and the addition of a solar power system to operate the well in Abdullah Jabara School, Al-Alam District and Yaqoot Al Hamawi School, Al-Dour District, Salah ad Din.
- ASB now invites bids from eligible invited bidders to undertake the execution of rehabilitate and build civil works as stipulated in the bidding documents.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Restricted Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) Procurement Policy, 2018. E-mails must be marked with the above procurement reference number.
- In order to be qualified for award of contract, bidders shall provide evidence satisfactory to ASB of their experience, technical and financial capability as well as availability of resources to execute the contract effectively. The minimum experience requirements for qualification for the contract are as indicated in the bidding document.
- Bidders may obtain further information from ASB and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 09:00am (Local time) to 5:00pm (Local time) during working days from Sundays to Thursdays.
- Bidders are advised to visit and examine the site of works, its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing their bids and entering into contract for construction of the works. Site visit A. The cost of visiting the site shall be at the bidders’ own expense.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be downloaded from the address below.
- Electronic submitted bids to be clearly marked “Invitation to bid for Procurement of a Build Contractor to rehabilitate of well and solar power system, Salah ad Din, Procurement Reference No.: ASB-ZZZ2304/Works/2024/06” must be delivered by e-mail to the e-mail address below by 17:00 PM local time on or before 25th August 2024.
