Subject: Invitation to tender for service contract Feasibility Study Expert “Promoting employment and economic participation through networking and capacity building”

Dear Madam/Sir,

This is an invitation to tender for the above-mentioned service contract. Please find enclosed the following documents, which constitute the tender dossier:

2. BMZ- Bengo Guidelines on feasibility studies_2021-09
