Introduction
The overall objective is to Conduct a detailed baseline mapping of VSLAs across Sierra Leone to gather data on existing structures, operations, membership demographics, governance, financial behavior and sustainability as well as considering external factors such as legal and regulatory environment, the availability of partnerships etc.
