If you strive to #BeTheDifference and want to be at the heart of our change and improvement journey, then this could be the perfect job for you.Asset and Configuration AnalystAbout the Role:We’re looking for an enthusiastic Asset & Configuration Analyst to join our growing team!In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our IT environment runs smoothly by maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset and configuration data.What you’ll do:

• Maintain and update asset records, configuration item (CI) data, and their relationships within our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of hardware and software catalogues.
• Support the development and implementation of IT asset management processes.
• Analyse data and identify areas for improvement in our CMDB.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient asset lifecycle management.

About the candidate:We would like to hear from you if you can bring:

• Knowledge of ITIL v4.
• Excellent listening and customer service skills.
• Able to lead a group of people you do not directly manage to complete tasks in a productive manner.
• Able to plan, structure, and appropriately prioritise tasks.
• Bonus: Knowledge of 4me.
