The firm was founded by an entrepreneurial and inspiring property professional, who has a phenomenal, and high-end client-base, and hence this is a fantastic opportunity to work on some super-slick prime residential schemes in the most exclusive post codes of Central London.The Assistant Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the refurbishment of luxury residential buildings. The ideal candidate will assist in managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The Role:

  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Schedules and attend regular site meetings to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.

About you:

  • Minimum 2.1 grade in construction-related degree (Building Surveying/ Construction Project Management or similar).
  • Ideally 6-12 months experience working within the luxury residential field.
  • High level of personability – due to the nature of the clients.
