Desired Involvement Areas:Cost Management:

  • Pricing tenders
  • Pricing variations
  • Preparing monthly payment applications
  • Setting contract budgets

Programme:

  • Producing tender or construction programmes using relevant software
  • Understanding and presenting the impact of delays on projects

Health and Safety:

  • Developing safe systems of work
  • Taking on additional responsibilities such as temporary works coordinator and scaffold inspections
  • Conducting reports and inspections

Problem Solving:

  • Finding innovative solutions to unique, bespoke challenges
  • Working within a bespoke environment on customized projects

Project Delivery:

  • Setting up projects, including subcontractors, direct labour, site setup, and client liaison

REQUIREMENTSSkills:

  • Proficient in IT
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel)
  • Preferably holds a construction degree background

Experience:

  • Completed a full-time construction degree or 3 years through part-time study
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience on-site
