Job Brief:

Field Manager contributes to the field management and overall coordination between project team and field team for quality and cost-effective field operations. S/he shall be willing to travel frequently for field management as the work required at pan India level.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Masters in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural development/ MBA/ equivalent
5-10 years of progressively demonstrated experience in field survey management in social and market research sector.
In depth knowledge and experience in mobilising and organising field teams, training of field investigators, managing field work, quality monitoring of field surveys and related field operations. Written and oral communication skills and good command over MS office including Excel and Word is required.
